What are your office hours
Regular office hours are Monday throught Friday, 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, with exceptions to Wednesday 8:00 am until 12:00 Noon. Our office telephone number is 512-869-4800, answered during work hours, seven days a week. After hours telephone calls messages will be acknowledged after reception is made.
How may I schedule an appointment?
Our front desk receptionist will assist you in scheduling your routine checkups or sick visits. Appointments are usually available on a same-day or next-day basis. Although appointments are preferred, patients who walk in without an appointment will be seen as soon as the physician is available.
What if I have an emergency and it is after work hours?
Our office telephone is accessible after hours by leaving a message with contact information the physician will return the call appropriately. Please use discretion and call after hours for urgent medical problems only. Medications will not be refilled after hours. In case of medical emergencies, go directly to the nearest emergency room.
What are the different payment options?
Payment is expected at time of visit. We accept cash, check, American Express, Master Card, Visa and Discover.
How do I get my prescriptions refilled?
Our clinic is equiped with a sophisticated electronic chart system which allows us to refill prescriptions rapidly. It is our policy to fill routine prescriptions during scheduled office visits. It is our intention to provide you with sufficient medication until you need to return for your next visit.
